San Diego Comic-Con International (also known simply as “Comic-Con” is one of the biggest annual events. Over here in New York, we have our own similar event appropriately called The Big Apple Comic Con. The event holds the distinction of being the longest-running convention of its kind in the city and it brings together people who are interested in all facets of pop culture, from books to movies, video games, manga, science fiction, and so much more.
If you attended Big Apple Comic Con this past weekend, you may have spotted a familiar face. Our very own Michael Quinn was busy promoting and preparing our much-acclaimed Feltman’s of Coney Island hot dogs to the thousands of convention attendees which included actor William Shatner and vocalist Mary Wilson, a founding member of The Supremes. Michael served Shatner a whopping thirty hot dogs and after trying one of the hot dogs, Wilson said Feltman's tasted "absolutely delicious". If you happened to snap some pictures or if you tried Feltman’s hot dogs for the first time while you were there, we’d love to hear your thoughts!
This update is by Feltman’s of Coney Island Hot Dogs, a symbol of American tradition and quality for decades and the proud maker of the first hot dog originally founded by its namesake Charles Feltman, the inventor of the original hot dog. Feltman’s hot dogs are free of nitrates and artificial ingredients, using all-natural beef to create an experience that explodes with incredible, original flavor. You can find our hot dogs at stores such as Fairway Market, Kings Food Market, Balducci’s, Mrs. Green’s or you can purchase the best hot dog NYC has to offer online at FeltmansofConeyIsland.com.
