Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh dill or 1-1/2 Tbsp dried dill
- 1 ½ Tbsp herbes de Provence
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup Feltman's Deli Style Mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375° F. Add olive oil, dill, herbes de Provence, minced garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper to a small bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Evenly rub the top and sides of the salmon with the mixture that you just made.
- Place salmon on a foil lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until the fish looses its' translucent color.
